The pain you are living in is actually a doorway into the deeper dimensions of who you are. Your whole being is wired for bliss and joy. And your pain is a gift. It points to the places that are shut down, that are in lock down… where the bliss cannot get in or flow.

Meredith Ann Hart

A Tantrika Yogini and Pranavidusi Ayurveda Sadhaka, Meredith has studied and remains a part of several living yoga and ayurveda traditions where she has learned how to reclaim, nourish, safeguard and support her innate healing power and vibrancy. Her approach is deeply rooted in curiosity, delight and wisdom which all come from her direct personal and professional experience in the art of healing and transformation. She offers tools and practices which foster aliveness with an integrated, simple, gentle, light-hearted, deeply feeling and accessible approach to those who seek change while living in the modern world. Meredith considers resting with “what is” without strategy, struggle or micromanagement the ultimate of experiences. She continually engages with this ongoing contemplation and question in her own personal life and asks this of her clients and students. It is this question that fosters the innate healing potency to step into the forefront of life. The Vedic traditions say that this potency is life itself. The surrender into “what is”, into “life itself” or “innate potency” can have many faces and it is with the acknowledging, the fostering of awareness and the allowing of the play of faces of the life inside and outside oneself that puts each of us in direct communication with the healing potency within.

Of course, this is really about you feeling better in your body and mind and ultimately living fully on this planet while you are alive – it’s about living in a way that is healthy, happy and congruent with who you are, on the inside and the outside. Honestly, the only way to truly do that is to be okay with where you are at right now. That’s when things shift, with that acceptance and awareness.

And, because these ideas of “letting go” and “being with things the way they are” are so incredibly cliche, Meredith’s sense of realness and direct guidance is imperative in helping you navigate through this process of unwinding the physical, mental, emotional tensions that do not serve you anymore in a way that doesn’t engage with the struggle. She knows how tricky and slippery the mind is and points her clients and students towards the “how to’s” in letting go, surrendering, leaning in rather than fixing, pushing, managing and avoiding. Meredith is also a lover of anatomy and physiology, both modern and Vedic and is adept in several bodywork modalities. Simply put, she knows how to access and unlock the places that are shut down physically so freedom can be experienced. Just being with her is transformative. Her very specifically tailored individualized programs bring results time and time again because she effectively weaves in all aspects of the body, mind and spirit. It is to this process and to her clients that she is and forever will be completely and whole-heartedly committed to.
